Innovative technologies, by Vegalab.
Our advantage is not a single ingredient — it's how we engineer delivery so nature-derived actives behave like modern, repeatable inputs: stable, targeted, and efficient. Vegalab's stack combines a programmable nano-encapsulation platform with micronization, amplification, and high-purity chemistry to make natural actives perform reliably under real-world conditions.

Nano-encapsulation that thinks before it releases
Our proprietary capsule architecture stacks up to 20 programmable layers, each responsive to a different environmental cue — delivering more active where it matters, wasting less everywhere else.
Vegalab's patent-pending platform seals sensitive actives inside multi-layer, biodegradable capsules and releases them only when defined conditions are met. This controlled delivery improves stability, prevents premature loss, and dramatically increases on-target performance — producing more consistent results across all four sciences while minimizing waste and off-target exposure. The platform offers up to 20 programmable layers that respond to 8 independent environmental triggers.
Tuned to any combination of 8 triggers
Vegalab nanocapsules can be programmed to respond to one trigger, or several at once.
AND-gate logic
Capsules only open when multiple conditions align — not just one. This eliminates off-target release and keeps actives where they're meant to act.

AND-gate logic: release only when conditions align
Unlike single-trigger systems, Vegalab capsules can require multiple environmental conditions to be met simultaneously before release begins — modelled on a digital AND gate.
A capsule configured for pH + enzyme + moisture remains intact in the spray tank, on a dry leaf, and in non-target tissue. It opens only where the target conditions coincide — eliminating 85% of off-target loss.
From capsule to target: controlled release in action
Once the programmed trigger conditions are met, the biopolymer shell opens and the active is released directly at the target site — whether that's a fungal spore, a pest cuticle, a root zone, or a skin receptor.
Less than 10% leakage during storage. Up to 90% reduction in volatility loss. The active that goes in the tank is the active that reaches the target.
Food-grade biopolymers. Non-PLGA. Regulation-ready.
Every Vegalab capsule is built from food-grade biopolymers — not synthetic PLGA. This keeps the platform compatible with OMRI, EPA, and FDA registration requirements, while maintaining the stability and precision of engineered delivery systems.
The result: nature-derived actives that behave like modern, repeatable inputs in the field and in the lab.
Eight technologies, one delivery system.
Micro-fine coverage
Reduces droplet and particle size so oils and actives spread uniformly, contact targets effectively, and penetrate faster — more functional surface area, more consistent performance.
Stable, high-efficiency
Formulation systems that improve oil–water bonding, dispersion stability and dilution behavior — uniform application, consistent dosing per drop, better repeatability.
Better ingredients
We identify nature-derived compounds with strong functional activity, then pair them with delivery technology so they stay stable and effective at the point of use.
Enhanced uptake
High-purity raw materials and absorption-focused chemistry. In Crop Science, chelation keeps micronutrients available; in Beauty and Life, purity supports skin-friendly performance.
Activate natural defense
Natural signals that prime plant metabolism and defense, helping crops respond faster to stress and supporting their own resilience mechanisms.
Soil & stress support
Selected carbohydrates support beneficial soil biology, root-zone activity and stress tolerance — microbial fuel and osmoprotective support during stress periods.
Seaweed & wood vinegar
Natural extracts with bioactive components that support plant vigor, rooting and stress tolerance, complementing nutrition and crop programs.
Crop-only biology
Microbial solutions for Crop Science that support nutrient cycling, root-zone competitiveness and vigor — strengthening the soil–root system.
Performance, responsibly
Targeted delivery, minimal unnecessary residues, and compatibility with real operating environments — protecting beneficial organisms and documentation-ready standards.
