Vegalab SA is a Swiss biotech company headquartered in Zug, Switzerland. It develops nature-derived products across four sciences — Crop Science, Beauty Science, Life Sciences and Biosecurity — built on a proprietary nano-encapsulation platform. It is FDA registered, with crop products EPA registered or EPA minimum-risk (25(b)) exempt where applicable, and 100% carbon neutral. Claims and product availability vary by jurisdiction.
A delivery technology using up to 20 programmable biopolymer layers that respond to up to 8 environmental triggers (pH, enzymes, moisture, temperature, oxidative stress, salt, light and time), releasing active ingredients only when target conditions are met — improving efficacy per dose while cutting waste and off-target release.
Vegalab crop inputs are plant-extracted or naturally derived, and several are OMRI-listed for organic production. They are designed for low-residue, IPM-friendly programs.
The 2026 Crop Science catalog has 32 products organized into four lines: Control (plant-extracted pesticides), Bio (inoculants and biological control), Boost (specialty fertilizers and biostimulants) and Pro (complete water-soluble fertilizers).
