Most natural products fail commercially not because the active ingredient is weak, but because it is poorly delivered — unstable in storage, lost to volatility, or released at the wrong moment. Vegalab solves the delivery problem with nano-encapsulation that thinks before it releases: a proprietary capsule architecture that stacks up to 20 programmable layers, each responsive to a different environmental cue. The same core technology serves a crop in the field, a skincare ampoule, a water-treatment system, and a clinical formulation — which is why a single R&D and manufacturing engine can power four very different markets.

Crop Science products are EPA registered or EPA minimum-risk (25(b)) exempt, where applicable, with additional country registrations available. Our formulations are independently evaluated for efficacy, safety, and environmental impact through universities and independent laboratories. For every product, we organize the materials partners need to adopt with confidence — labels and SDS where applicable, application guidance, and trial summaries. Documentation available on request.

Our encapsulation chemistry is designed to run in a single high-output reactor, keeping manufacturing complexity and cost under control where traditional approaches become unstable or expensive at scale. Vegalab is led by a multidisciplinary executive team with experience spanning biotechnology, formulation science, manufacturing, and international commercialization. The company was founded by David Selakovic, who brings long-standing expertise in natural chemistry, formulation technology, and global commercialization, and who oversees Vegalab's multi-vertical strategy across all four sciences.
