Vegalab SA is a Swiss biotech company with headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, and R&D and manufacturing facilities in Switzerland and South Korea. We manufacture natural agrochemical products, medical cleaning products, skincare products and a range of pharmaceutical supplements.
Vegalab’s biological pesticides are highly effective against targeted organisms, non-toxic to beneficial organisms, and safe for the environment. Together with its natural fertilizers and specialty biological agents, Vegalab’s products support a healthy soil biome. Applying micronization and nano-encapsulation technologies in our proprietary formulations allows us to create powerful cost competitive products using plant oil extracts - products that support a healthier world.

Vegalab Double Sphere Encapsulation
Our nano-encapsulation technology enables us to encapsulate the active ingredient in order to stabilize and protect the content, increase the solubility, and activate upon selected conditions. Nano-encapsulation also protects the product from UV rays and the capsule can be programmed to activate when certain conditions (pH, temperature, moisture, etc.) are met, thus greatly increasing the efficacy of our products.
Vegalab’s technology can be applied in a single chemical reactor, reducing the cost of manufacturing, with a 1 ton of product output per hour. This reduces the cost of manufacturing, reduces the need for expensive facility, and creates high output, all of which lowers the cost of the final product. The competing technologies are liposomal based, and are too expensive to be used on large scale. They are also very unstable and require elaborate equipment.

Vegalab’s Research and Development facilities are located right next to our manufacturing facilities, enabling rapid development of new products, and strong evolution of existing ones.
FDA and EPA Registered
Vegalab is registered with FDA as medical device and cosmetic product manufacturer, and registered with EPA as a manufacturer of natural agrochemical products with a number of registered products.

All Vegalab products are independently tested for efficacy, safety and wellness for the environment.
